Albert Einstein is quoted as saying, “Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.” Can you relate to that? I sure can.

Whether I was trying to change someone else, work harder to get noticed, or eating the same foods that kept making my gut hurt, I’ve been there and done that.

What do you want to change?

So what are you hoping to change? Do you want to have more energy? Lose that stubborn weight? Have even a few minutes to yourself to relax? Or to be able to sleep better?  Whatever it is, I’m glad you’re here. You can read more of my story on this website, but it took me a LONG time to learn how to really take care of myself and to learn to love myself. I don’t know you personally (yet) and I’m hoping that the words I’ll share here will help.

I’ll share tips I’ve learned, recipes that I love, and what I did to kick my sugar habit. I encourage you to be open to doing something you’ve never done before – whether that’s a new recipe, speaking up for what you need, or joining me in my 90-day transformation program.  You deserve good things, so if there’s anything you have a question about, please contact me.
