On a scale of 1 to 10, how tired are you?  How long have you been struggling with fatigue?  When someone asks you how you are, is the first thing that comes to mind, “I am always tired”?

Are you frustrated because when you read various articles and guides, they make it sound so easy to magically whisk away your fatigue?  Would you like some help in sorting out all the information you find about fatigue?  How would it feel to have no more fatigue, confusion or overwhelm?

If you are ready to take charge of your own health and find some answers that work for you, you are in the right place.  I struggled with serious fatigue for over 25 years.  You can read more about my journey on the ABOUT page.  I know what it feels like to wake up after a full night’s sleep and still feel totally exhausted.  I have gone through several major diseases, recovered, and then got sick again.  I know what it feels like to be told my fatigue was all in my head and I needed to see a psychiatrist (which I did).

All of that led to research.  I learned many things that I’ll share here with you.  You are unique. Your personal health and situation is different than mine.  What does help is information and resources, and then some guidance on what to do with that information.  That’s what you’ll find here.  It was only when I took charge of my own health that I was able to fully regain my energy.  So don’t give up…there’s hope and it is definitely possible to feel great again!
